contemporary photograph album

Learn to hand stitch and bind a stunning contemporary photography album! Perhaps you inherited some beautiful old family photographs but have no idea how to preserve and enjoy them? Or maybe you have been wanting to get special images off the computer at last. In any case this is the perfect workshop to gather those important memories bring them along and finally put them into an album. This album will be perfectly sized to fit into your book shelf so your photographs never have to be tucked away again.

If you don't have any photographs currently on hand you are most welcome to simply make the album for a future project or stunning gift.

We will work in a small group in the upstairs 'atelier' at the beautiful The Lost and Found Department in Hunters Hill. All materials and a delicious morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided.

As you make your albums you will learn many essential book binding skills about grain, folding and cutting. You will also learn about all the equipment, materials and tips you need to embark confidently on your own projects. No previous experience necessary.

This will be a day of paper heaven in a stunning setting and you will take home a completed book album from the highest quality archival art materials.

No binding experience is necessary. If you have any questions about this workshop please feel free to get in touch.
