This is a fabulous site Sam and I look forward to more.
Hey Sam,
Missing my morning latte in Avalon but have found some great produce in Mudgee! Have my lamb cutlets ready for tonight..
Mudgee lamb – yummo!
i love to cook but have just been diagnosed as gluten and lactose intolerant. So i have to learn how to adapt.
Keep up you inspirational work.

Dear Jan, My Mum found out she had coeliac disease around 20 years so I understand how hard it is at first… all you can think about is what you can’t have! But over time you’ll find loads of options. Mum just found a great store called Choices in Turramurra NSW – though I think they may have online ordering option. She was really impressed. Have a look at their website for all the details http://www.choicesglutenfree.com Best wishes Sam
Thanks Sam I think a visit to Turramurra is called for
